3. Services Provided

Rivju provides QR-based feedback collection. Customers may submit positive/negative votes with optional tags, and may optionally send one-way private messages. Only service owners with accounts can view results in their private dashboard.

4. User Accounts

Service owners must register with a valid username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt Rivju.
• Do not use Rivju to collect sensitive personal data without explicit consent.
• Do not misuse Rivju for spam, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Respect intellectual property rights of others.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Rivju available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using Rivju in a harmful way.
