Feedback and messages are stored in our database until deleted by the service owner or during routine data clean-up. User accounts remain active until deleted by the user or administrators.

Rivju uses only essential cookies for session management and login functionality. Customers leaving feedback anonymously are not tracked with cookies.

We take reasonable measures to protect stored data, including encryption of passwords and restricted access to servers. However, no system is 100% secure.
